Hey — Jarrod here. I'm so grateful you chose to support my shop. Each item I offer is either handmade in my home studio or custom-printed through trusted partners — which means most pieces are made to order just for you.

Because of the nature of this work, all sales are final. I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.

That said, your happiness means a lot to me. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or just not quite right, please don't hesitate to reach out within 7 days of delivery. I'll do my best to make it right.

Here's what to do if there's an issue:

  • Email me at jrod@jarrodeastman.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item (if it's damaged or defective).
  • Let me know what's wrong, and I'll respond as soon as I can — usually within 1–2 business days.
  • If I made a mistake or something got messed up during shipping, I'll take care of it.

Please keep in mind:

  • I can't accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variations from screen to real life.
  • For apparel, please double-check the size chart before ordering.
  • Each piece is unique — especially original paintings or handmade items — and may show slight imperfections that are part of their character.
