Shipping Policy

Hey there — Jarrod here. Thanks so much for supporting my shop!

I'm the one behind the scenes packing up orders in my home studio (usually with a podcast going and a coffee nearby), and I wanted to give you a quick rundown of how shipping works around here.

Processing Time

Some items — like original paintings or certain prints and apparel — are made or shipped directly from my studio. Those usually go out within 3–7 business days.

Other items, especially some of the apparel and prints, are fulfilled by trusted production partners. Those can take a little longer — usually 5–14 business days to ship out — since they're made to order.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the size and destination of your order. I try to keep it as affordable and fair as possible.

Typical delivery windows:

  • U.S. orders: 3–14 business days after processing
  • International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on where you are

Multiple Packages? Totally Normal.

Because some items ship from my studio and others come from print or production partners, your order might arrive in separate packages. You'll get tracking info for each one as they go out.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking info. Sometimes it takes 24–48 hours for tracking to update — hang tight!

International Customers

Yes, I ship worldwide! Just a heads up: any customs duties, taxes, or fees on international orders are your responsibility. I wish I had control over those, but it's up to your country's customs office.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order gets lost in transit, arrives damaged, or just seems off — don't stress. Shoot me a message at jrod@jarrodeastman.com and I'll make it right.

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, let me know as soon as possible. Once it ships, I can't reroute it, but I'll help however I can.

Thanks again for being here — it really means a lot. Every order helps support my art and keeps this little operation going.

Take care,
Jarrod
